Underwood Pinot Gris is a bright and refreshing white wine that brings the Pinot flavor experience to more people. Reflecting the character of the region, this wine was made for backyard BBQ’s and summer evenings. This pinot gris is lush and juicy, primarily sourced from the Willamette Valley, with a smaller about of fruit coming from the Umpqua and Applegate Valleys – warmer appellations within the state to balance the freshness of Willamette Valley fruit with the richness a little more heat can contribute. This wine was fermented slowly at cool temperatures to retain aromatic complexity and to yield a wine that is highly quaffable.
