A wisp of smoke gives way to fresh citrus, cereal, vanilla, melon, and brown spice on the nose. Round and vanilla-tinged on the palate, it carries wonderful flavors of nuts and honey with a burst of minerality before finishing soft and dotted with citrus. West Cork Distillers was founded in 2008 in Union Hall, West Cork, Ireland, by three life-long friends. The Kennedy name is part of their heritage and two of them were deep sea fishermen all their lives.
