About The innovators at Hacienda Santa Teresa have cooked up a true transatlantic collaboration. For their latest release, their fully mature solera rum is finished in barrel that previously held some of Teeling’s best Irish whiskey. Loaded with caramel sauce and chocolate drizzled tropical fruit, there are layers of sugarcane grassiness, bright citrus, bananas foster and cooked red apple.
