About Distilled from a mashbill of 96% rye and 4% corn, and non-chillfiltered. Flavors of orange marmalade, nectarine, summer herbs, rye spice, and oak amongst many others. Gorgeous citrus aromas of orange marmalade, nectarine syrup and candied bergamot drift from the glass with summer herbs, earthy spice and a subtle dose of oak. Elegant on the palate, yet flavorful with chocolate covered marcona almonds, dried orange peel and a burst of cardamom midpalate. Finishes with restraint, with more citrus peel, baking spice and a lingering sweet oak. A super friendly pour that will play well in cocktails but is worth of sipping straight. The Whiskey Hotline.
