Discover a rum as bold and well-traveled as Ernest Hemingway himself with Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum. Master Distiller Ron Call hand-selects the finest, most distinctive rums from around the world, expertly blending them into a handcrafted, single pour that pays homage to Hemingway’s adventures and that is an inspiration and reward for yours. Made with six premium rums from the Dominican Republic, Panama, Venezuela and Florida, this blended rum offers a rounded nose with notes of bright citrus, almond, fresh apricot and fine butterscotch. The award-winning rum is solera-blended in bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. Whether this first-ever blonde rum is enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in a signature craft cocktail, such as a Hemingway Daiquiri or a Reef Runner, Papa's Pilar represents the authentic, original spirit of rum. Inspired by the world’s greatest adventurer, Ernest Hemingway, and his boat Pilar, this ultra-premium rum in a 750 mL bottle is 84 proof. Must be 21+ to enjoy. Live courageously. Drink responsibly.
