Old Forester's heat-cycling warehouse process drives exceptional flavor development in this single barrel rye. Their proprietary mash bill and historic yeast strain create complexity that varies beautifully from barrel to barrel. Bottled unfiltered at barrel strength, this is whiskey that showcases the distillery's commitment to character over consistency. Pour it neat to appreciate the full range of spice and oak, or with a splash of water to open up the flavors.
