Made using Blue Weber agave sourced from single estates in each of the five states allowed in the Tequila Denomination of Origin: Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacán, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas. Each agave (from each state) is distilled separately, then blended to showcase the variation in flavor contributed by each terroir. No barrel aging — stays blanco to preserve the pure, fresh agave character. Production details include autoclave cooking (for the agave) under low pressure, roller-mill extraction, open air fermentation in stainless steel tanks, double distillation, using deep well water.
