This is not your grandmother's butterscotch. Mr. Tom's Spirits pairs their three and a half year old bourbon with a homemade butterscotch made at the Fort Myers, Florida distillery. And the results are nothing short of magical. Mr. Tom's Butterscotch Bourbon is a soft, easy-sipper with light tones of smoky oak. Sweet tones of butterscotch play nicely with rich caramel notes. Put a seasonal spin on your favorite cocktails with Mr. Tom's Butterscotch Bourbon. year bourbon infused with freshly made butterscotch in house. It is a small batch bourbon (so we only use one barrel at a time) and already on batch 2 because it is so popular!
