Old Ezra is made using a seven generations old recipe. The Kentucky straight bourbon is distilled from a base of sour mash and then charcoal filtered following distillation. The spirit is then aged for seven years in new, charred white oak barrels. Sweet floral notes with undertones of vanilla, cinnamon, and fine wood, ending in a warm, buttery finish.
