Once delivered, the grape clusters are gently pressed and the juice is clarified immediately to maintain the complex aromas. The wine is then cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to draw out its full flavor and expressive character. Cupcake Vineyards' Moscato d’Asti is a vibrant wine crafted with fine effervescence that tickles the palate, making any occasion worthy of a toast.
