Bernheim Barrel Proof Wheat Whiskey offers a bold and complex profile, highlighting the rich influence of its wheat mash bill. Bottled at barrel strength, it delivers intense aromas of toasted oak, caramel, and honey. On the palate, flavors of vanilla, baking spices, and dark chocolate mingle with hints of roasted nuts and dried fruit. The finish is long and warming, with a smooth yet spicy oak undertone and a lingering sweetness.
