The 15 Stars Fine Aged First West Straight Rye Whiskey (Batch 1) is a limited edition whiskey from West Virginia. This whiskey is made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, and is aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, the whiskey is smooth and creamy, with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of pepper and oak. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or in a classic cocktail.
